Could be a computer, phone, or tablet. • Service refers to the Crystalpilot website. • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these complete terms governing your use of the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content provided by third parties displayed on the Service. • Website refers to Crystalpilot. • You means the individual accessing the Service, or the organization on behalf of which they access it.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Crystalpilot. They form the entire agreement between you and us. They outline what you can and can't do. Your access depends on accepting and following these Terms. They apply to everyone who uses the Service. By using Crystalpilot, you're agreeing to these Terms. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the Service. You need to be at least 18 years old. We don't allow anyone younger.

Crystalpilot might have links to third-party websites or services. We don't own or control them. We can't control what those sites do or what they contain. You agree we're not responsible for any damage or loss that comes from using them or trusting anything on them.

Termination

We can terminate your access right away, no notice needed, if you break these Terms or for any other reason we decide.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at either what you paid us or one hundred dollars, whichever is less. We're not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of privacy. This applies even if we knew it was possible.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service comes as-is and as-available. It has faults and defects. We don't guarantee anything about it. The Company and its Affiliates disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory. We don't promise the Service will work without interruptions or errors. We don't guarantee the accuracy of what's on it. The servers, connections, and everything else might have viruses or other problems.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Other local or national laws might apply to you too. If you have a problem with the Service, try to work it out with us first by sending an email.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If you're an EU consumer, you get mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country under U.S. embargo and you're not on any restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, it gets modified to work as much as possible. Everything else stays in effect. Not using a right doesn't mean you lose it. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean the next one is okay.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms might be translated for you. The original English version is what counts if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. Big changes get 30 days' notice. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you're accepting them. These terms and conditions became effective August 20, 2026.
